School Fundraisers

Craft Show*
This event takes place in November and is held at the school. Volunteers
may be involved in ticket sales, advertising/publicity, crafters,
arrangements/set up, raffle, bakery, restaurant, entertainment, and make-
it/take-it crafts.

Reverse Raffle/Silent Auction*
This event takes place in early spring and is our school’s largest fundraiser.
Volunteers may choose from a variety of activities such as ticket sales,
publicity, dinner/entertainment, silent auction, sideboard, decorations, and
set up and/or clean up. Please specify your area of interest on the sign up
sheet.
This year we need to fill several chair positions for this event, they
include:
Co-Chair Reverse Raffle
Tuition Raffle Chairman
Decoration Chairman
Silent Auction Chairman
Ticket Sales Chairman

Market Day*
Volunteers assist one Saturday per month, usually from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Volunteers sort and distribute customer orders for pick up at the school.

Secret Santa Shop
This event takes place in early December and is an in school Christmas
shopping opportunity for our school children. Volunteers may assist with
shopping for sale items, publicity, pricing, sales receipts, helping students
make selections, and bagging.

*Denotes volunteer positions that can be carried out after school, during the weekend or from home.
